## App support

For an app issue, include the app name and version, your iOS version and device model, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the steps that reproduce the issue. A screenshot or screen recording can help when it does not contain private information.

Do not email passwords, payment card details, full purchase receipts, or unrelated sensitive information. Costhap never needs an Apple Account password to investigate an app issue.

Apple processes App Store purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds. Use Apple's [request a refund service](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) for refund requests. Costhap can help clarify an app's features or purchase state, but cannot issue an App Store refund directly.
