1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any mobile application published by Costhap Co Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These Terms apply to all iOS applications published by Costhap Co Ltd unless superseded by an app-specific addendum.

2. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the app.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the app only for lawful purposes.
Do not interfere with or disrupt app functionality or security.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
Do not misuse the app or violate applicable laws.

5. Accounts & Security (If Applicable)

If the app requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases & Payments

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.
Refunds and cancellations are handled solely by Apple.
We do not have access to your payment information.
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and trial periods (if any) are displayed in the app and App Store listing.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the app are owned by or licensed to Costhap Co Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If an app allows you to post, upload, or share content (“User Content”):

You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Costhap Co Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute User Content for app operation.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not post unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, cloud services). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. Use of the app is subject to that policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Costhap Co Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. You may stop using the app at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

16. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Costhap Co Ltd, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
